Please be aware of the below Terms & Conditions when booking an event at SkyHigh Mount Dandenong
Terms & Conditions -
SkyHigh Mount Dandenong has a no refund policy on event bookings and no refunds will be issued once payment has been made. Deposits are taken for some events and these are also non refundable.
Final numbers and full payment is required for all events at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. We cannot guarantee increases in numbers after final numbers have been given.
Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been made. If payment details and final numbers have not been received by

4 weeks prior to the event then your reservation may be canceled.
SkyHigh Mount Dandenong reserves the right to cancel this event at any time or move the event to another venue offering a comparable experience. Should this event be canceled by the venue for any reason a full refund will be honored but no extra compensation given.
Notification of dietary requirements and allergies at the time of booking are essential. Notification of any dietary requirements or allergies will not be taken on the day of the event. SkyHigh Mount Dandenong can not guarantee that all dietary requirement requests or allergies will be catered for.
