Payments and refunds

Payments can be made via:
Credit Card - Cards Accepted: Bankcard, Diners, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and EFTPOS
Some credit card purchases incur a charge - Diners and American Express – 3%, Visa and Mastercard - 1%
SkyHigh Gift Vouchers - If paying by a SkyHigh Gift Card; SkyHigh need to be notified at the time of booking and are to be given your Gift Card Number. If the Gift Card amount is larger then the total cost of the meal no cash or credit refund will be given.
SkyHigh Mount Dandenong has a no refund policy on all pre-paid events so no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
Pre payment is required for all events. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made. SkyHigh Mount Dandenong reserves the right to cancel events at any time. Should this event be canceled by SkyHigh then a full refund will be honored.
Notification of dietary requirements and allergies at time of booking are essential. Dietary requirements or allergies will not be taken on the day of the event. SkyHigh Mount Dandenong can not guarantee that all dietary requests or allergies will be catered for.

In the interest of customer and staff safety; the first sign of any unruly conduct or intoxicated behavior from a guest will result in the entire booking being warned and the individual refused service of alcohol. If the unruly conduct continues the police will be notified of the incident and the offending guest will be escorted off the site.
