  • Thai style pumpkin, sweet potato, coconut, coriander & sweet Chilli & finished with sour cream (V)
  • Roasted zucchini & smoked bacon with garlic croutons & spring onions
  • Cream of leek & potato with poached sliced scallops & fried julienne of leek (G)

  • Vegetarian tartlet filled with spinach, grilled eggplant,mushrooms,
  • Persian feta & herbs on tomato couli with watercress & herb salad (V)
  • Confit of salmon on lemon scented cous cous complemented with a beetroot & herb salad
  • Antipasto platter including dips, prawns, oysters, cheese, Olives, cold cuts,

  • Bass Strait swordfish, boiled kipfler potato, snow pea tendrils and champagne sauce
  • Mustard coated lamb rack with leek & potato tartlet, mushroom filled tomato cup & Shiraz jus
  • Breast of chicken on garlic mash, whole baby carrots and sticky mustard dressing (G)
  • Beef porterhouse with marjoram & truffle polenta cake and a red capsicum flavored jus (G)
  • Grilled duck breast served with a three mushroom tartlet & snow peas finished with an orange glaze

Reception bookings are for 5 hours, commencing from the time food & beverage service begins.

Time extensions may be possible with prior arrangements

Number of Guests

Room Capacity 200 guest for a seated function

*Please note that 90 persons (not including children) is the minimum number of guests for Saturday’s in peak season, (October through to April) if numbers fall below this number a surcharge will apply. Off peak and week day have minimum numbers of 60 guests.

Ceremony

SkyHigh's secret garden is an idyllic setting with its heritage style Gazebo, the perfect romantic setting.

We will provide seating for up to 40 guests and a table and two chairs for signing the registry

If the weather is inclement an alternative area may be used.

Accommodation

We would be happy to help arrange any accommodation required for you and your guests at a number of the nearby Bed & Breakfast cottages and motesl are available.

Surcharges

Sundays and Public Holidays incur a surcharge.
