SkyHigh Mount Dandenong is the perfect place to bring the whole family or a group of friends for an enticing Sunday buffet.
Every second week we alternate our buffet menu selection between our Australian Buffet and our traditional Indian Buffet.

Dining upstairs in our stylish function room, you will have spectacular views across Melbourne from the Mornington Peninsula to Mount Macedon and beyond.

Our Sunday Australian Buffet is all about celebration, sharing, choice and variety – something for everyone.
Our Australian Carvery Buffet includes seafood, succulent carvery roasts with all the trimmings, pasta, traditional favourites and a selection of fresh salads. Not to mention the delicious choice of dessert, fresh fruit or cheese board platters.

Our Sunday Indian Buffet is fit for a king and a must have for all occasions. Our menu is prepared in a traditional Indian way with all the essential spices and condiments and comprises of a kaleidoscopic of invigorating aromatic dishes. Spicy, sour, creamy, crunchy, and sweet dishes will whet your appetite and leave you craving for more.

Children 5 – 12 years old $35.00

Bring a group of 20 or more adults and we will take $10 off per person

The price includes tea and filter coffee but all other drinks are charged at our regular bar prices

Seafood platter, smoked salmon, prawns, oysters, cocktail sauce, preserved lemon, capers, fresh dill (GF)
Maple pumpkin salad, roquette, Spanish onions, shaved parmesan, crispy bacon pieces, pine nuts (GF)

Served banquet style at your table –
Dhania chicken tikka: marinated pieces of chicken in spices and yoghurt, then put on skewers and baked
Chili Chicken (Chinese Style): stir fry of deep fried chicken with green capsicum, chili, onion, garlic and delicious Chinese sauces
Paneer tikka: marinated pieces of paneer in spices and yoghurt, then put on skewers and baked (V)
Spinach pakora: prepared with spinach and chickpea flour(V)


Mains

Served buffet style –
Mix veg: mix vegetables cooked in rich tomato and cashew gravy (V)
Navratan korma: vegetable curry with nuts, paneer cheese and vegetables, in a tomato-cream sauce (V)
Prawn masala: simple delicious and flavourful dish made of fresh prawns, onions, tomatoes and spice powders
Lamb rogan josh: braised with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices (cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, and cinnamon), onions or yoghurt


Sides

Breads: naan, kulchas (V)
Raita: veg raita (V)
Saffron rice (basmati rice): saffron, white rice and vegetable bouillon (V)
Jeera rice (basmati rice): rice, cumin seeds, vegetable oil, onions and coriander leaves (V)

Gulab jamun: deep fried balls made of milk powder, flour, butter and cream or milk, and then soaked in sugar syrup (Hot)
Carrot halwa: grated carrots, whole milk, dried fruit, and nuts, and it has a delicious light fudgy texture. (Hot)
Kulfi pista: frozen dessert made with condensed milk, flavored with cardamom, topped with pistachios (Cold)

Cocktail samosa: a deep fried snack with vegetable stuffing in a samosa sheets (V)

Chana masala: chickpeas cooked in a spicy and tangy tomato-based sauce(V)
Navratan korma: vegetable curry with nuts, paneer cheese and vegetables, in a tomato-cream sauce (V)
Butter chicken: chicken in a mildly spiced sweet tomato sauce.
