The price includes tea and filter coffee but all other drinks are charged at our regular bar prices

Cold Selection served on platters at your table

Smoked salmon platter with dill, lemon zest and capers (GF)
Platter of prawns and oysters with lemon and cocktail sauce (GF)
Platter of antipasto vegetables, EVOO, balsamic reduction and turmeric hummus, pickled vegetables, guindilla peppers, honey glazed ham with pickle relish (GF)


Plated main course served on an alternating basis

Slow roasted turkey breast with cranberry sauce and stuffing, roast potatoes and root vegetables
Prime beef (served pink) roasted in whole grain mustard with horseradish, roast potatoes and root vegetables (GF)

One of each of the following in bowls on your table

Texan broccoli salad: raw broccoli, crispy bacon, grana Padano, citrus dressing (GF,V)
Garden salad: mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Spanish onion (V,VE,GF)
