Entree (to share)

A platter of cold cooked prawns, fresh oysters and smoked salmon with house made dips and bread to share.

Main Meals (choice of one of the following)

300g Porterhouse with watercress salad, hand cut chips and smoked garlic butter  GF                 
Crumbed chicken breast with mash potato, prosciutto, tomato and capsicum puree, sautéed greens and camembert cream sauce         
Grilled barramundi on potato fondant, fennel fronds, shaved fennel, cherry tomato, salsa verde and tomato consume GF  
Risotto of pea, asparagus, goats cheese and torn mint  GF V    

Dessert (sharing plate of all three)

Mandarin panna cotta with Persian fairy floss, freeze dried mandarin segments and mint
Lemon tart with clotted cream
Chocolate sponge, vanilla anglaise and toasted coconut
